Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Available shipping services and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carriers.


Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the time between placing your order and when it leaves our warehouse.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order handling before shipment

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.


Taxes & Duties

Prices shown on our website do not include taxes, duties, or import fees.

The Perfect Underwear does not cover customs duties or taxes. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • All shipments include tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided via email

If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks, please contact our support team.


Damaged or Refused Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can assist you.

If an order is refused or returned without prior authorization, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes.


Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

We are unable to change shipping addresses or redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.

If delivery attempts fail due to absence or incorrect information and the parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier or post office. Unfortunately, we are unable to intervene directly with local delivery services.
